Availability for 2019:

For 2019 I am planning to have inventory here ongoing throughout the year as I did in 2018. This means I do not need you to pre-order for a certain pick up day/time. Instead I would like to aim to have Family Packs here for when you would like one. I will be bringing animals to Smucker’s Meats for butchering throughout the year and hope to be prepared.

  I would greatly appreciate an email if you know when

you will need beef a little ahead of time if possible as

inventory will be sold on a first come basis. I will put

your name on orders ahead of time if requested. If you

have already contacted me about a 2019 pick up date, I

will have beef here for you and will make contact as we

get close to that requested time.

CURRENT INVENTORY (09302019)

I currently have about 10 Family Packs available now. Next appointment to butcher is October 23. The benefit of pre-ordering is making sure you get tenderloin in your pack :). Each animal only has a certain number (since we cut ours thick) so make sure your pack comes with 2 by pre-ordering!
